Vintage 80's dress and belt

Live out your 80's dream! Shoulder pads and all!! Looks black but this is blue, red and white. Has the matching belt too. The buttons are hidden. Seems a button was lost and an eye and hook replaced it (see pic). This is a size 16 but with the belt, it cinches in a lot, if needed. Would be perfect for vintage lovers and could be accessorized to look 40's. make an offer!!
