Vintage 80s Jewoo’s Evening black sequin & ruffle dress. This thing is SO fun. Amazing black floral lace with red accents, black sequins, statement shoulder pads, and an amazing multi tier ruffle skirt. Fully lined bodice, sleeves are sheer. Zip back. Marked a 9/10, but I’d definitely say this is best for a small or extra small (dress form is about a 6 & it is tight).
