Vintage 80’s dress, peplum detail, front split

Peak 80’s dress, by Eloquence, with peplum detail at the waist. Front split. Imperfect, but in good condition: appears to be missing a belt. Hook and eye closure could use reinforcement. Tag with size and material removed. Shiny/silky material. Maybe rayon. Shoulder pads. Would look especially cute with pumps or some cute booties. Dimensions: 15” waist lying flat, 13” next to waist, 29” waist to hem, 8” arm holes.
