Vintage 80s dress with peplum belt

Amazing 80s dress with removable peplum belt! Stunning bright blue coloured skirt and Attached white wrap style blouse over top. 3/4 sleeves, and skirt is about knee length. Looks cute as is, if you don't want to add the belt. No tags, it fits like a large-xl. The belt does have some wear in the elastic, but looks fine once it is on, otherwise excellent vintage condition.
