Vintage 80s floral midi dress

Tie-back dress with a subtle tropical floral print and a pleated bodice. Small flaw to one tie (pictured). Short sleeves accented by pads (which could be easily removed, if desired). Measurements: Length - 43” Waist - 14” (untied)
