Vintage 80s fuschia pattern dress

Sweetheart neckline, button-up, flared skirt with wide straps. Bright fuchsia pattern, ties in back, midi length. I got this fun dress at a vintage store but just haven’t worn it much! Some wash wear consistent with age but otherwise in great condition. 100% cotton. Please see photos for approximate measurements. I am a size 6 and this fits me but is a bit small of a small 6, would probably work best for size 4 or those between sizes (4-6).
