Vintage 80s high waisted black suede fringe shorts

Vintage black suede high waisted fringe shorts with front pleats, zipper fly and snap waistband closure. Front rise is 13 1/2”, back rise is 16”, 3” inseam and total length from top of waistband to hem is 15”. Inside tag says size 3/4, however the waist measures 24”, so in today’s size it would be a 00.
