Vintage 80s high-waisted shirts

Vintage high-waisted mom shorts. Brand is Jennifer Eden. Color is off-white. Great condition but noticed there’s a few small brown spots as seen in last photo. Material is 55% Ramie and 45% Rayon. Since they’re vintage they run smaller than listed size. Marked a 14 but waist is approx. 15” across. Listing them here as size 30 based on the waist measurement.
