Vintage 80s kids burgundy velvet holiday dress

Velvet kids dress is a size 10 and is 31" long and measures 16" pit-to-pit. Dress comes with a cute little matching purse that is about 5" long and wide. Dress is 100% cotton and there's a tag that says to dry clean only, though there are also instructions for hand washing on the back of the tag. This is a deep red/burgundy with cream colored accents at the collar. Back zipper. It is in excellent condition with no holes, stains, or tears on the dress; the purse has places on the corners where the faux pearl trim is loose (see photos).
