Vintage 80's mint Tina Barrie USA black dress

This classic 1980 shoulder padded dress with tucking details at the waist and bodice is in beautiful condition. Size 10, the belt is in immaculate condition! Often in a vintage piece the belt grommets are loose or damaged, these are mint! The flash of my camera catches the woven pattern in the rayon fabric. This dress drapes beautifully!
