Vintage 80s new wave pastel plaid cotton poly shirt dress

Super cute pastel plaid seersucker cotton/poly blend shirt dress with side pockets. 80s vintage, new wave summer style. flat measured ptp is 20" but I think a 36"-38" bust would be best. this is a over the head type dress to put on so needs room. 22" hip, 44.5" length
