Vintage 80's prom dress Black Green fits like size 8

What's Up by Carol vintage 80s prom dress - black velvet with green taffeta. Zip back. Great condition. Purchased for my daughter to wear to her nana's 80th birthday party (80s themed!) but it's slightly too small on her. :( Removable bow in black. Dress is amazing! ***** Tagged size 12.
