Vintage 80's prom formal skirt. Goth black lace underneath velvet floral design

Vintage 80's prom formal skirt. Ruffled edge along bottom and black toole give the skirt some poof. Black velvet flowers and vines adorn the deep red satin material. Measurements are approximately 24" waist to bottom of toole. Waist 15" laying flat. Seems like the brand Zum Zum but I can't be sure. very good condition perfect for Christmas, formal dances, even Halloween
