Vintage 80s red dress

Can’t read the tag anymore. I’d say this fits like a women’s L. The pleats in the front and back make it so that it can accommodate a larger bust. (I am a DD and it fit my bust). Has small belt loops and snap buttons. Has shoulder pads. Very pretty vintage dress.
