Vintage 80s ruffle dress

I am actually not sure of the era of this dress it could be 80s it could also be 50s/60s size is listed as a size 8 in but please see measurements and know that I am a size 0 and 5 feet tall. It is a dark navy blue with a organic white polkadot pattern. This dress is in pretty good condition. It has a little tear at the zipper spot on the first tier of ruffles but it really can’t be seen when it’s closed. It has a great deep the back and high boat neck front. It’s a beautiful dress I just don’t wear it. There is also some fraying on some of the tears but again the ruffles really make it hidden well. This is an adorable dress, and would love it to have a good home and come out of the closet. It comes from a smoke free pet free home.
