This is what appears to be a custom made black and gold sequin dress. It's probably about a size 6. The diamond shapes are beaded with gold sequins and pearls. it has a sexy cut out in the back. The sleeves have snaps so they can be tightened after putting your hand through the arm. High Quality made dress looking for a fabulous host!
