Vintage 80's size 12 cream and black belted midi dress

Vintage 80's size 12 cream and black two toned belted midi dress by Lady Carol! Top half is cream with wide pleats. Higher neckline. 3/4 cuffed sleeves. Sleeves do have puff and there is shoulder pads you can keep in or remove. I'll leave it up the the new owner. Bottom half skirt is black with a back slit. Comes with a matching two toned cream and black belt. Wonderful. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 18 inches across. Waist - 11 inches across. Is elastic. Easily stretches to 17 inches across. Belt - 16 1/4 inches across. Can button it 2 inches smaller as well. Hips - 21 1/2 inches across. Length from shoulder to hem - 41 1/2 inches.
