Vintage 80s/90s BONJOUR Bermuda Mom Jean Shorts

Vintage 80s/90s Bonjour jean high waist shorts. I’m thinking these were probably jeans that were cut down & hemmed to be bermudas, but not sure. Tag reads size 9/10, but PLEASE see below measurements for best sizing. Good vintage condition, stain on back of right leg.
