Vintage 80's-90's Black Satin Ruffle/Pleated Dress

No pulls, pills, or tears! Pleated shoulders (with mini shoulder pads, eeeyyyy) and a gathered waist sewn along a single strap of elastic. Functional buttons down the right side of the skirt. Waist gathered to about 18", but can stretch to accomodate up to a 34"- good for someone with wider hips/thighs! Single stitch on the cuffs and bottom hemline, no lining. Previously owned.
