Vintage 80s/90s Dress With Attached Vest

80s/90s vintage dress with a layered look. This dress is all attached as one piece but gives the illusion of a skirt, shirt and vest. There is a tie at the waist to give a perfect fit. No marked size but laying flat the bust is 20” and the waist is 18”. It is photographed on a size 10 mannequin and fit slightly loose.
