Stunning vintage 80s/90s Papell Boutique Evening sequin mock neck top. Top is made of black silk and is completely embellished with iridescent (black, blue, purple, & pink) sequins. The top is in great vintage condition with no noted flaws such as missing sequins, beads or any holes. Size L tag, but it fits like a modern M or L.
