These are 53% polyester and 33% rayon 4% spandex material feels like nice cotton. excellent condition. this is from Campagnie International Express when they had a quality items made in Italy and USA. There are two sides slit pockets and belt loops. dry clean only. 21 inches, not counting the stretch provided from stirrups which may add another 1/2” to 1”. Style tip: these are really good to go with boots especially the riding boots in my closet. that way it’s easy to step up your boots without having to stuff your pants in unfold the fabric getting them to fit nicely in your boots.
