Vintage 80s/90s Puff Paint Floral Applique Crewneck

Vintage late 1980s to early 1990s crewneck sweatshirt with floral applique. Outlined in sparkly puffy paint, neck has been sewn to ruffle. Back is plain. Good vintage, preowned condition with minor pilling and a couple of small discolorations as shown. As some of the appliqués are starting to separate (easy fix), I would hand wash this item and hang or lie flat to dry. Vintage size XL, estimated modern size L.
