Vintage 80s/90s Size 16 Schrader Sport Dress

Kinda of Mediterranean Blue dress with creamy buttons and tie waist. Size 16. There are lots of pills, but I believe they are part of the fabric texture? Short sleeves with roll end. Sash ties at waist with button-down sides to secure. Noted in pictures.
