Super cute black/grey/red plaid dress. Super soft & flowy skirt. Made in USA. Belt not included. Vintage size 10, would say it fits a modern 4-6. Bust: 36” (Prioritize this measurement as it’s not stretchy) Waist: 33” Hip: free Has adjustable buttonhole options for the straps so can work for shorter or taller builds. (At 5’9” myself I loved this.) As always, no harsh or scented detergents ever used.
