yvette_6462 Hi Genevieve, I’ve got the pics up. The waist, laid flat, is approx. 30 inches. I believe it is caused by the thickness of the gabardine in addition to the lining. It is a bit heavier than the lining I’ve seen for some time now. Hope this helps.
