Vintage ?80s/early 90s green and navy dress size 14

EUC. All buttons intact. Lady Carol Petites of New York. Does run small, so I would say more like a 10 than a today’s 14 size. Has pockets! And shoulder pads. Zip closure in back. Faux handkerchief detail. Has belt loops, but no belt. Would be cute with a skinny navy belt.
