Vintage 90'S Lee Riders (modern vintage) 12/14 High Rise, straight maybe barre

I bought these on ebay, but they are too big.. I am an 8 and I would say these are a 12 or maybe 14 as the tag states.. 99% cotton, 1% spandex.. so a little stretch. 16" across the very top laid flat, with the natural dip in place. 13" rise, high rise 31" inseam 7.5" across the ankle. I think they might have a bit of the barrel affect. but it's hard to tell as they are too big on me.
