Vintage 90s 1990s Moza New York Avant Garde Wool Skirt Suit, Size 10

This structured wool skirt suit is by Moza New York, made in the U.S. Was very expensive when new (I'm its original owner.) Ca. 1993/94, it has an amazing asymmetrical collar with a long, wide lapel on the right, trimmed in metallic gold soutache braid and small, half-round metallic beads. Slightly oversized, boxy jacket; shoulder pads; and short, straight skirt. Jacket has gold openwork buttons, one working and one decorative. There are pockets at the front hip. Skirt waistband is elasticized at the sides, has back zipper and walking vent. Both pieces are fully lined. The color is a rich, deep royal blue, which may show lighter in photos due to studio lights. Size 10, appears true, given the "big" look still in style at that time. But use the dimensions below to determine fit, and remember to leave room for your body. Two small mended flaws (see photos); very small and not likely to be noticed by anyone. I think I wore this twice at most. Clean and ready to wear.
