Vintage 90s 2000s black velvet vampy goth gown

Vintage 90s 2000s black velvet gown w beaded embroidered appliqué at the neckline, a slit on the side front, chiffon straps w attached chiffon that flows down the back. Made a USA. Tagged size 9/10. Measurements are included in pics. Great gently used vintage condition. There is some discoloration under the chiffon on the back not shown when worn otherwise no flaws I can detect.
