Vintage 90s All That Jazz Colbalt Blue Mini Dress

This dress is a shocker at first. The color is very outgoing and beautiful but more beautiful part is the neckline. It’s almost off the shoulder. The neckline is cut up to the small of your neck. And the back of your neckline is cut down to the wing bone. The finish is nicely made zipper down to the hip. It’s stretchy. The measurements are 14.5” bust when unstretched, but when stretched it is up to 17.5”. Waist is 10” when unstretched, but when stretched it is 14”. Hip is 12.5” unstretched, but when stretched it is 19”. All lined except the sleeves. Sleeves length are 21”. Comes from pet friendly and smoker home.
