Vintage 90s All That Jazz brand purple/blue (I see more purple in person. Blurple?) velvet sweetheart neckline halter dress with leg slit. It is certainly picking up more blue in my photos I will say. Faceted buttons at closure/nape of neck. It is labeled Medium. First like a modern XS/S. It has some stretch to it.
