Vintage 90s All That Jazz red crushed velvet midi dress

Dress is in excellent condition! 90s Vintage red long sleeve midi dress. Dress says size Small, Medium and large. Can be adjusted with the matching cinch clip. Slight dolman sleeve and a higher almost empire waist line that dips in the middle on the front and the back. Measurements are estimated laying down. Please see pictures.
