Vintage 90s Apostrophe Bow and Velvet Low Heels

Cutest velvet bow heels probably from the 90s. Approx 3in heel. Square-ish toe box is velvet with a satin bow. Gold interior. Leather sole. Size 8M but fits more like a 7.5. There are a few scuffs and markings but still in great condition. A little big for my size 7 feet, otherwise would keep for myself!
