kimsikorski how do you get to say no refunds? I get ppl opening cases & demanding money back for the dumbest shit..the one this week was a skirt that was all the same length. That was the complaint. They of course got denied but they still held up my $ for an extra 7 days. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I have another lady attempting to return a different watch than what I sent her...ppl are so shady.
