This is a vintage gown from the 1990s, from the brand Village Set. It looks very 60s or 70s to me, and kind of reminds me of something one of the alien ladies would wear on Star Trek! It would be great for a holiday party or for a formal occasion like prom. There is one small run in the fabric on the sleeve, and one gem missing from the upper shoulder area. Both pictured above. ghostgirlie @koolcat_vintage Same! When I first grabbed it I thought it had to be 60's or 70s, but the tag looks too new so I researched the dry cleaner tag info and they were charged by the FTC in 1998 for shady business practices so it's definitely 90s!
