Awesome vintage mini skirt from Betsey Johnson. Cotton, still made in the USA. Has a button and zipper closure and thin belt loops- would look great w a skinny patent leather belt. This skirt has been modified to fit a 27/28 waist, so there are machine stitches inside (see pics). Has a blue floral trim on the hem and white contrast stitching. Has pockets, too! Gently used condition, great vintage Betsey piece.
