Vintage Betsey Johnson black floral flutter sleeve v-neck dress. Zips up back. Also have tie back sash to tighten and define waist. Good condition overall with one small hole in left sleeve. Honestly it doesn’t affect wear or is noticeable. Size 6. Measurements: pit to pit:14”. Waist: 11 1/20”. Length from shoulder: 34”
