Vintage 90s Black Eyelet Shift Mini Dress - Reformation vibes

Bought this dress at a consignment shop with the hopes to hem and it make it a mini dress but too small for me. Super cute and fitted and well made. Eyelet material with cool trim. Fully lined and side zipper. On the longer side, hits below my knee but I’m 5’2”.
