Vintage 90s Black Lace and Fringe Bustier Size 38

Shirley of Hollywood bustier with garters and adjustable straps. Closes with two rows of hooks and eyes and has plastic boning at the sides and at the center front, beside the lace panel. It also has lace on the top of the cups and fringe on the bottom front. Size 38. Has some loose threads and age-related wear.
