Vintage 90’s Black Party Dress by Be Smart- Women’s size 9/10 (Medium)

This elegant, vintage, black velvet dress is from the 90’s made by Be Smart. This party dress was kept in great condition only worn a couple times. It has slight red undertones in a few places (See pictures). Has the classic built in shoulder pads and a slit up the right leg. Include a nice key hole back with a zip up style dress.
