Black slip lining underneath with polka dots at the bottom giving an extended ruffle hem. Elastic waist & above the knee length. 100% polyester. Size 10 Waist: 28” - 34” Length: 25” Good Condition, minimal signs of wear. No stains. 1 snag & 1 tiny hole in front, not very noticeable, can be turned to the back. Elastic is stretchy.
