Vintage 90s Black jumper mini dress by Rampage

Vintage 90s Rampage black jumper mini dress with white contrast stitching and mock leather straps with silver colored buckle. Awesome throwback to these days! Pair with a fitted white crop or striped top, knee high nylons, chunky platform shoes/boots/sneakers, beret cap, and mini back pack = HELLO CLUELESS, you rang?!?!?!?! In excellent vintage condition, no flaws. Tag reads size 14 (not sure if it’s juniors teen/tween or regular), measurements are in the pics. I’d say it’s a small/medium.
