Vintage 90's Blouse/Top

Fun lipstick pattern blouse. Great colors.Blouse is 29" long measured in back from neckline. 16" across back shoulders (shoulder pads are intact), but styled as drop shouldered. Sleeves are button closure cuffs and measure about 23" from what would be actual shoulder.
