Has a tie back waist so size can be adjusted as needed . Front material of the vest is 100% cotton, the shell and backing are a satin material . Only flaws are some of the threading is a little bit loose so some beads throughout may be missing and some areas do need to be resewn tighter so no beads continue to fall.
