This fun Vintage 90s Byer IZ California Mini Skirt is a Leopard print with a soft velvet feel. It has a carmel brown, cream, & black in the pattern. It has a hidden zipper in the back. The waist has a black satin (acetate ) lining strip on inside. 100% Polyester. It is a size Small though tag is missing. Measurements are shown in pics.
