Vintage 90's Catherine Coatney elegant black sheer long skirt! It is in like new condition and only worn a few times. Perfect over tights, another skirt or as lingerie for an intimate occasion. As you can see in the photos, it is designed with flare and beautiful panels sewn in. It also has a sheen when the lights hit it.
