Vintage 90s C’est Toi Mid Thigh High Waisted Shorts

Medium blue denim vintage shorts from Cest Toi. Mid-thigh on me (approx. 5 inch inseam? I’ll double check this). Soooo cute and flattering but way too tight on me now. It says size small but I think they’d fit most comfortably on a size 24. I’ll get accurate measurements on here soon!
