Vintage 90s Christmas Sweater Like New Oversized Embellished size Small

I adore this vintage 90s Christmas sweater 🥰. Like new, no signs of wear- perhaps dead-stock without tags. Made in Korea, knit by hand. Embellished w little satin bows on the trees & pearlized beads in the center of the poinsettias. Super pretty, feminine silhouette- wide band at waist & cuffs w/ bell sleeves, drop shoulders. Marked size Small, but please zoom in on measurements. I find it to run a little large for a vintage Small- which is unusual. Shown on slim build size 2 mannequin, I feel it could easily fit petite Medium.
