Vintage 90s Clear boots

They are size 9 but fit better for 8 1/2 to me unless you are a size 9 with a narrow foot. Also some scuffs as shown in the photos. Only worn a few times, but have been sitting for years. That’s why there’s some slight discoloration overall clean. laces can be washed or shoes can be scrubbed, but I did wipe them down and price reflects
